It is nice to build a home together, but I wonder, how many couples had the chance to do so, from my side of the world, none.
The apt is usually ready, just minor adjustments and it is good to go, no room for “major” changes. If the bride don’t like it, it is easier to find another one rather than searching for a new apt.

Personally speaking I won't accept the taste of someone else even if this someone else is Mr. best decorator. I would really like to do the things to my taste if possible. But I don't believe that something as sacred as marriage could depend on bathroom decoration. I might compromise for love not for the sake of nesting. If I ever decided to get married out of nesting this nest should always be up to my taste and I will make sure I will marry a scorpio, because I want him to be dead the next morning.

I believe marriage is about partnership & they should compromise & really try to comply to each other's tastes... but if a woman leaves you because she doesnt like the bathroom - then true - it was destined to fail anyways...
